About Dried Mycelial Cencentrate

Coccidiostat for poultry use, used as growth promoter in poultry. It is crude mycelial extract(thalli) which is dried powder.

Coccidiostat feed additive

Salinomycin is used in the world as a coccidiostat feed additive for poultry and ruminants. In poultry, it prevents coccidiosis. In ruminants, it improves growth and efficiency by reducing rumen bloat, acidosis, and coccidiosis.

Salinomycin has a relatively narrow therapeutic index, which can lead to toxicities and impair normal stem cell function. More work is needed to understand the mechanisms of salinomycin's action, its long-term safety, and how to exploit its therapeutic potential.
